Frank recently launched his first restaurant LEMONCELLO in Amersham, Bucks offering modern Italian food and currently appears on ITV’s Daily Cooks!

Sophie Grigson
Sophie has a natural ability to teach cookery in an informal and friendly way. Her TV career began in 1993 with the award winning Grow Your Greens, Eat Your Greens.
She regularly contributes recipes and columns for national newspapers.
Her latest book, Vegetables, was published in October 2006.

Nora shot to fame as Jamie Oliver’s right-hand woman on Jamie’s School Dinners campaigning to improve the nutritional value of school dinners.
Her first cookbook Nora’s Dinners is aimed at 7-12 year olds. Nora still works at Kidbrooke School serving around 600 kids each day, where she serves fresh, homemade food.
