The Big Dig! Week Three
Week 3 : July 26th
The Northmoor Trust were delighted to host a visit by the Channel 4 Time Team programme.
A production team of 60-70 people arrived with diggers, high crane camera and recording equipment. Their archaeological dig focused on the area around the base of Round Hill. The programme is due to be broadcast in late Spring 2004. Information from written reports by Time Team and the finds themselves will be put on this website later in the year. Eventually all the information from both digs will be available for public viewing in the new Landscape Evolution Centre in the future.
